• How do I make a reservation??

    To make a reservation please contact the hosts directly, via phone or email. Just click the "Contact us" button.
  • Will there be other guests present while we're staying?

    No - The property is your's to enjoy with no one else booked at the same time.
  • Can we use the swimming pool? What is the water treated with?

    Yes, you are more than welcome to use the swimming pool (We don't heat it over the winter months)
    The water is passed through a copper/silver ionization process to maintain cleanliness –Virtually no chlorine, no salt, no ozone. We heat it late spring, summer, early autumn.
  • What currency are Prosperity Tree's prices in?

    Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include local taxes. Prices listed are subject to change, any change to listed prices is to be stated at time of booking. We offer a price reduction for children - this applies to age 12 and under.
  • How can we pay?

    We accept payment via NZ, Aust, Euro or US cash on arrival ( at current daily BNZ cash conversion rates), Internet banking or International banking telegraphic transfer - please contact us for swift number & other required details. We require a deposit of 1 nights tariff upon confirmation of booking.
  • What are the Breakfast options? (Either is included in your tariff)

    Continental Breakfast - a light breakfast with cereal, toast, tea, coffee and fruit juice.
    Full Breakfast means a substantial cooked breakfast. All continental options + Bacon, 2-3 fresh farm eggs (your choice of cooking style) Cheese, Sausages... or A Special Breakfast - substantial cooked breakfast with the guest's special ingredients. We can adjust to your special dietary requirements (please advise when booking & bring special ingredients with you.)
  • Can we also dine for Lunch & Dinner??

    Yes-please request on check in & we'll work out a menu to suit you. We have organic Beef, Pork, Chicken & a lot of seafood available. Home smoked seafood & sumptuous BBQ's a speciality! If you'd like we can bring our 7 burner BBQ around to your private deck so you can cook for yourselves.
  • Can we access laundry facilities??

    Yes, complimentary laundry available. We use only non toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products.

  • Are we able to access communication equipment??

    Phone, fax & email available. Your suite is also equipped with wireless broadband
  • Can we tour the farm??

    Yes - We'll take you for a tour if you'd like to. July - Oct is special time on the farm as we have new calves being born every day.
  • What if we need to cancel our booking?

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Any cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's accommodation rate.
    Less than 7 days - one night tariff charged
    Less than 48 hours or No Show - full amount of reservation charged
  • We're motocrossers - can we bring our dirtbikes??

    Yes-by arrangement. We're a MX family too! We have a 3HA MX/Supercross track on the farm (not for novices-6 X doubles, 1 Triple, 1 Quad, whoops section, Supercross rythym section, big dropoff). We are able to water the track in the summer to keep the dust under control. Requirement to sign disclaimer form prior to riding, track hire fee applies.
